These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bridge Dental website at bridgedental.ai (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms cover this marketing website only. Use of the Bridge Dental application and services by customer dental practices is governed by separate customer agreements, including, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed customer agreement, the customer agreement controls for the services.
You may use the Site for lawful business purposes, such as learning about Bridge Dental and requesting early access. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with the Site's operation, or submitting false or misleading information.
The Site's forms are not a secure channel for protected health information (PHI). You agree not to submit patient names, dates of birth, chart numbers, insurance IDs, or any other patient information through the Site.
Bridge Dental is in early access. Features, workflows, timelines, and pricing described on the Site — including items labeled as "roadmap" or "coming soon" — are provided for information only, may change at any time, and are not commitments to deliver any particular functionality. Any potential time savings or results described on the Site are illustrative and depend on each office's schedule volume, payer mix, and workflows.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — are owned by Bridge Dental or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, except as permitted for your own internal evaluation of our products.
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and links do not imply endorsement.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge Dental and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
