By accessing or using the Bridge Dental AI platform ("Service"), operated by Beau Sparkman DDS PA ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bridge Dental AI is a dental practice management integration platform that provides centralized access to patient data, appointments, claims, billing information, insurance verification, and practice analytics. The Service is intended for use by licensed dental professionals and their authorized staff.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
By opting in to SMS notifications through your account settings, you consent to receive automated text messages from Bridge Dental AI, including but not limited to:
Message Frequency: You may receive up to 2 messages per day, depending on your notification preferences.
Opt-In: You opt in to SMS messaging by enabling SMS notifications in your Account Settings and providing your mobile phone number. Consent is not a condition of using the Service.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS notifications in your Account Settings. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@bridgedental.ai.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Bridge Dental AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Carriers: Service is available on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to:
The Service processes protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required for all organizations using the Service to access patient data. SMS messages do not contain patient-identifiable health information.
You retain ownership of all practice data processed through the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service. Data synced from your practice management system remains your property.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge Dental AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sebastian County, Arkansas.
