Bridge Dental ("Bridge Dental," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website (bridgedental.ai), how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers this marketing website only. Use of the Bridge Dental application and services by customer dental practices is governed by separate customer agreements, including, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
When you submit a form on this site — for example, to contact us or request early access — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, work email address, phone number, practice or organization name, practice management software, practice size, and the content of your message.
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you view. This website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising trackers.
This website's forms are for business inquiries only and are not a secure channel for protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient names, dates of birth, chart numbers, insurance IDs, or any other patient information through this site. If you are a Bridge Dental customer, use the secure channels described in your customer agreement.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiries, evaluate and onboard early-access practices, provide information about our products, and improve this website. We may occasionally send you updates about Bridge Dental; you can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing us. We do not sell your personal information.
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site, and they process data only as needed to provide their services to us. These currently include a form-delivery service (FormSubmit) that relays your form submissions to our email, our website hosting provider, Google Fonts for typefaces, and a content delivery network for images. We keep inquiry and early-access information for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our early-access program, and meet our legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect this information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
This website is intended for dental professionals and business audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
